We’re partnering with our client to find a talented IT Support Specialist for a Hybrid Contract role. The position involves collaborating with IT, Onboarding, Procurement, and Operations teams to improve asset data accuracy and process efficiency, utilizing ServiceNow within a fast-paced environment. 1 Day a week onsite in San Francisco, California
IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management and optimization of hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
- Support system enhancements by translating business needs into scalable solutions within ServiceNow.
- Contribute to process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain system documentation and support user onboarding and training efforts.
IT Support Specialist Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with ServiceNow or similar asset management systems.
- Strong analytical skills to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications preferred.
