Digital Content Producer [80630]

We’re partnering with a leading financial company to find a talented Content Producer to support their Benefits digital content team. This on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative digital experiences within a dynamic organization. The contract duration is approximately 12 months, providing a unique chance to make an impact in a collaborative environment.

Content Producer Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine digital content related to benefits services, ensuring seamless integration with customer-facing features.
• Support Agile workflows by helping write user stories, groom backlogs, and prepare sprint plans alongside product managers and Scrum teams.
• Oversee content accuracy through validation, including defining acceptance criteria and facilitating testing processes.
• Work closely with content management teams to produce and review content for QA testing and deployment phases.
• Ensure that features meet all acceptance criteria and are prepared for successful launch, utilizing tools like JIRA to track progress and documentation.

Content Producer Qualifications:

• Over five years of experience managing digital content delivery within product management environments.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to work effectively within a team, taking ownership of responsibilities and collaborating across functions.
• Experience with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or Digital Asset Manager is desirable.
• Adequate understanding of content validation, QA processes, and automation concepts like Gherkin is a plus.
