This is an in-person role with no hybrid or remote options.
Position Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: Up to 35
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Grade Levels: K - 12
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to school staff and paraprofessionals.
- Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with IEP teams, related service providers, and families.
- Ensure compliance with district policies and best practices in behavioral services.
- Maintain detailed documentation and data collection.
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- School-based or pediatric experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
