A leading industrial company is hiring a hands-on Manager, AI Transformation & Operations Innovation to support a dynamic, remote team. This role focuses on leading AI-driven process improvements across operations and supporting organizational change.

AI Transformation & Operations Innovation Manager Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with managers across all functions to identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities.
• Develop a comprehensive AI modernization roadmap based on impact and strategic importance.
• Translate complex business challenges into effective AI solutions, including automation and predictive analytics.
• Educate and empower employees at all levels to confidently use AI tools and foster AI literacy throughout the organization.
• Lead the development and implementation of AI initiatives, including managing external partners and resources, ensuring successful adoption, and building internal capabilities.

AI Transformation & Operations InnovationManager Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading AI or digital transformation initiatives within operationally intensive environments such as manufacturing, distribution, or field services.
• Deep operational knowledge of procurement, logistics, customer service, and field operations, with the ability to design process improvements.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, including workflow automation platforms, analytics, and AI-assisted data integration.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, evaluating, and managing external vendors and partners for large technology projects.
• Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple initiatives across various functions.
