Onward is seeking someone with oil-and-gas land experience for an on-site role in Springtown, Texas. Land techs, right-of-way agents and title agents are encouraged to apply. You don’t need a previous “land tech” title; understanding land documents and coordinating the work is what matters.
The priority is someone who understands pipeline land documents and what they mean. A land-tech or title-abstractor background with strong permitting experience is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Support land document recording.
- Complete and coordinate river-crossing and TxDOT permits.
- Index, scan, and file documents.
- Provide office administration support as workload allows.
- Assist with occasional field work.
Schedule and assignment
Monday–Friday, standard eight-hour office days, approximately 40 hours per week, on-site in Springtown. This is a project-based assignment expected to continue into 2027...
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
