We are partnering with a school district in Berks County, PA to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 2026–2027 school year.
This is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday during school hours, providing one-on-one nursing support at the elementary level. You will play a vital role in supporting a student with medical needs, working closely with the educational team to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Berks County, PA
- Start Date: August 24, 2026
- End Date: June 2027
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours
- Grade Level: Elementary
- Hours: Full-time (approximately 35–40 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 nursing support for a female student with cerebral palsy.
- Administer daily care, including G-tube feedings.
- Monitor the student’s medical needs and respond to any health-related concerns during the school day.
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and related service providers to support the student’s educational and medical plan.
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation as required by the school district.
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Prior experience working with students or children with medical complexities.
- G-tube care experience is required.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
