**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team and assist with turning over and fixing up rental properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, light repairs, and property renovations, ensuring our rental units are ready for new tenants.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks for rental properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Prepare units for occupancy by cleaning, painting, and making necessary repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, particularly in residential property maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Own tools and transportation preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $23.51 - $25.93 per hour
