Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and train team members on proper food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including drawer reconciliation and bank deposits.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and breakdown.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and any operational issues.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both employees and customers.
Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
