We are seeking a dedicated team member to join Onvo Travel Plaza in a customer service role located in the US. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our guests receive quick, kind, and convenient service, contributing directly to our mission of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with retail sales and upselling products
- Supervise team members and ensure adherence to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Conduct product demonstrations as needed
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Support merchandising efforts to enhance product visibility
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales
- Strong cash handling skills
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is beneficial
