We’re hiring a Production Technician – Fulfillment & Light Tech Support in Flower Mound, TX!
- Looking for a dependable, tech-comfortable problem solver to take ownership of daily warehouse operations—opening/closing, assembly, kitting, shipping, and light testing. Work hands-on in the warehouse while staying connected with our HQ
Location: Flower Mound, Texas
Schedule: Monday – Friday, ~35 hours/week
Company HQ: California (remote communication required)
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Tech to join our operations team in Flower Mound, TX. You’ll be a trusted team member responsible for opening and closing activities in the warehouse and supporting daily fulfillment tasks. Because our headquarters is in California, you’ll need to be comfortable working independently while staying connected via remote instruction, phone, and video calls.
This position is hands-on and varied—perfect for someone who enjoys both warehouse operations and light technical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Open and close the warehouse daily, ensuring security and readiness
- ✅ Perform light assembly, production, kitting, picking, and shipping tasks
- ✅ Follow instructions to test basic hardware and software issues (training provided)
- ✅ Accurately track and manage inventory to keep workflows efficient
- ✅ Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision
- ✅ Use computer systems and software tools to complete and log tasks
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and trustworthiness
- Comfort with computer software, systems, and basic troubleshooting (no degree required)
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to challenges
- Clear communication skills to collaborate with a remote HQ team
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or assembly is helpful but not required
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)
- Familiarity with wireless and networking equipment testing
- Comfort with creating instructional videos or process documentation
