Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces following construction completion, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Remove construction debris, dust, and residue from surfaces, fixtures, and floors using appropriate cleaning tools and products
- Inspect work areas to identify additional cleaning needs or safety hazards and address them promptly
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all aspects of post-construction cleaning are completed efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) during all cleaning activities
- Communicate effectively with project managers or site supervisors regarding completed tasks or any issues encountered
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services, especially post-construction environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure no area is overlooked during the cleaning process
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods

- Reliable availability on an on-call basis to support fluctuating project schedules
