Ontrak Vehicle Transporters, Inc is seeking an account manager/operations manager to assist in the day to day operations. The main job duties consist of: Dispatching of drivers in an efficient manner.Solving any issues that may arise and slow down productionAbility to manage 30 drivers and provide clear instructionsMeet all customer needsMUST be bilingual. English and SpanishAttend multiple meetings daily to answer customer questionsClearly explain the previous day's plans as well as provide productivity reportsCandidates must have an understanding of how the rental car industry at MCO operates. Specifically how vehicles enter and exit the terminals, qta's, ect.Previously employed by a car rental agency or vendor is a plus, Avis, Hertz, EDS, MLS, GCA, ect.Problem solving skills are a must.This is NOT a position you can enter without previous car rental experience.Ability to deal with high pressure and extensive questioning concerning productivity and efficiency To apply, please submit a copy of your resume for review.
