Program Manager – Direct Hire

$80,000–$90,000/year (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage manufacturing programs and product development projects
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Production to meet project goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling, fixtures, molds, and assemblies
- Drive process improvements and ensure best practices in manufacturing operations
- Provide hands-on involvement throughout project phases
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager or Supervisor
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Program Management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and gages
- Experience with product development and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Mechanical, Industrial or Plastics Engineering or related field)
