OnTrac is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support first, middle and final mile transportation operations for a rapidly growing package delivery company.
Location: Hybrid 3x's week, Las Colinas TX
Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 2-5 years experience in related field Occasional Travel as needed It is the responsibility of every position to understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy and to conduct their activities accordingly.

Responsibilities
- Build financial analysis models driving operational decisions across the OnTrac network -Working on cost out initiatives - Working on long range plan, annual budgets etc.
- Automate existing models and tools to contribute in scale-up of the Transportation Network
- Operations planning and cost planning for the Network
- Weekly, Monthly Variance Analysis & reporting
- Evaluate and improve methodologies that are the core of our business models and tools
- Collaborate with operations personnel to drive process, productivity improvements and cost savings initiatives
- Manage the Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly results reporting
- Facilitate financial review meetings with key partner business groups
- Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.
- Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.
- Builds strong working relationships and has exceptional leadership skills.
- Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skillset, particularly Excel, SQL, Data analysis
