Location: 2100 E 15th Ave, Gary, IN 46402
Pay: $18.00
This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.
Shift: (7 Options)
Monday – Friday
Tuesday – Saturday
Wednesday – Sunday
Thursday – Monday
Friday – Tuesday
Saturday - Wednesday
Shift hours: 3:30AM – 7:30AM or End of Sort.
Hours may vary based on business needs.
“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
Season Duration*: 10/27/2026 to 01/01/2027

- Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout your shift
- Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds
- Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
- Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages
- Work in hot or cold environments as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment
- Keep your workspace organized and ready for action
- Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
- Be able to meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
- Ability to perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Repeatedly lift packages as described above
- Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
- No previous warehouse experience required. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

- Seasonal Employment: This is a temporary seasonal position. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends based on eligibility and availability. Continued employment is not guaranteed.
- Washington state employees are eligible for up to 56 hours of paid sick leave annually.
