Position Summary:
The Talent Experience team at OnTrac provides regional-based support to field operations(Branches/Hubs). As an HR Manager, the focus is on equipping managers and employees with tools they need to be successful; we focus on programs relating to Performance Management, Talent & Succession Planning, Engagement & Retention, Change Management, Labor Planning and Organizational Development. You will also work across enterprise HR to ensure cohesion and adoption of process updates and programs to ensure the most positive possible employee experience.
