Job Summary & Responsibilities Define a compelling product strategy for the panel inspection platform Develop Product “road-maps” for every part of the product’s lifecycle. Focus on understanding customers to gauge satisfaction and pinpoint places for improvement. Synergize the efforts of various departments (apps, Eng. MFG, Tech support, sales etc...) to bring focus towards customer satisfaction and company growth and profitability. Design and implement plans to eliminate outdated products and obsolete technologies. Own product metrics tracking/analysis and determine the action plans for improvement Work with sales and marketing on market penetration strategies Ensure products meet revenue and cost targets that align to the product business model Qualifications 5 years semiconductor industry, Equipment/inspection/metrology experience is preferred Application/Product/Marketing/Engineering background is preferred Bachelor's degree or above (Physics, EE, Chemical, Mechanics, Optics, Materials related) Up to 30% travel both domestic and international Onto Innovation Inc. offers competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, including health/dental/vision/life/disability, PTO, 401K plan with employer match, and an Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) along with health & wellness initiatives.
