Job Summary & Responsibilities Need a role to better define customer problem statements at a technology level and help convert these into tangible and actionable R&D, and engineering developments. Define customer gaps, N 1/N 2/N 3 challenges and analysis of future metrology and materials characterization needs Co-own prioritization with marketing for high value problems and product directions. Need to meet with top customers and consolidate the high value problems Define the top three problems for R&D to work on Define multiple year roadmap and timing Qualifications PhD Physics, EE, CE. Applications modeling, Memory and Logic device structure understanding, Process integration experience. Must be able to directly interface with Customers and translate requirements into instrument requirements.
