What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to office staff and leadership team
- Manage and organize data, reports, and documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Utilize Excel and other software to track, analyze, and maintain company records
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general office operations
- Handle incoming communications and route information appropriately
- Support various departments with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of administrative or similar experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- High level of computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening

Hi, I’m Kerry Adkins, the president of OnTime Service. Thank you for your interest in
our company. If I may, I’ll tell you a little more about OnTime Service and about how
we work to serve our customers.
My father, George Adkins, began the business in 1975. Eight years later, I joined him
as an apprentice electrician. For almost four decades, we focused primarily on
residential electrical service, repair and construction. In 2014, we began a heating
and cooling division. In November 2016, we started offering plumbing services to
our customers. We have worked in thousands of homes and hundreds of
commercial projects in Alabama.
