Our team is looking for a Warehouse Worker I to join them. You will report to the Shipping Supervisor and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA. To be considered for the Warehouse Worker I opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: High school diploma or equivalence 1 years knowledge of manufacturing warehouse operations and procedures Ability to use all standard warehouse equipment Strong computer and technical skills As a Warehouse Worker I, you will: Pack materials accurately and efficiently to meet quality standards and deadlines Pull stock for work orders and sales orders according to requirement dates Perform cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records Maintain inventory accuracy across receiving, issuing, picking, and shipping Ensure accuracy on all documentation related to inventory transactions Report any inventory discrepancies directly to management Maintain a 24-hour turnaround time for kits and sales orders Access computer systems to issue, receive, transfer materials, and create packing list numbers Receive incoming shipments and deliver materials to and from internal customers Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure special requirements are met Provide excellent internal and external customer service Practice good safety awareness and follow company safety guidelines Work effectively with coworkers, customers, and other departments by sharing ideas constructively and positively Our Benefits: Comprehensive medical insurance Competitive PTO, holiday pay, and sick leave Company 401K plan with up to 4% matched contribution Annual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance) Flexible working arrangements Paid volunteering opportunities Access to mental health champions across our sites Commitment to development Employee referral program Hourly Range: $22.00- $24.00/year, based on experience #LI-Onsite EOE/Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disability/Veteran Compensation Pay Range $22.00- $24.00/year, based on experience Please click here to review Ontic's California Consumer Privacy Act policy.
