A Day in the Life
As a Courier/Field Technician in our Deer Park, TX lab, you’ll be responsible for picking up samples from customers and often collect water or soil samples. They may also deliver sampling supplies and perform other tasks in support of meeting the expectations of our clients.
The compensation range for this role is $17.00 to $20.00, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.
Schedule: This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday with occasional overtime.

To thrive in this role, you’ll be comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities:
- Driving the company vehicle to client locations, delivering supplies to those locations, and returning samples to the laboratory.
- Providing courteous, respectful, responsive and excellent client service to internal and external clients.
- Maintaining the company vehicle in optimal driving condition.
- Maintaining a clean vehicle, both inside and outside.
- Drivers must inform their supervisor within 3 days if they are ticketed or arrested for driving related offences outside of work, and immediately if the event happens on the job.
- Any other tasks assigned by management

- Must have valid driver’s license
- A driver must be able to lift at least 50 lbs into their vehicle.
- A driver must have a driving record that meets the Montrose requirements for operating company vehicles.
- Drivers may be subject to screening requirements above those of other employees
- TWIC certification for Client Site access preferred
- Good driving and safety skills
- Courteous and communicative
- Basic Laboratory experience is a plus

- May occasionally work shifts up to 12 hours in duration
