Title: Receiving Entry Clerk
Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-Site)
Contract Length: 3 - 6 Months (w/ High Potential For Direct Placement)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Entry Clerk to accurately record and review receiving transactions in Epicor ERP. This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely processing of receipts for production visibility and for Accounts Payable.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Accurately enter receiving data into Epicor ERP, including quantities, part numbers, lot numbers, and vendor information.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate with purchasing and quality control teams to resolve receiving issues.
- Label and route received items to appropriate storage or production areas.
- Maintain organized records of receiving documents and transactions.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred (Accounting)
- 1 year of experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Epicor ERP or similar inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, ERP systems).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and ERP.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
