Title: Corporate Controller
Location: Pewaukee, WI (On-Site)
Salary: $120K - $140K
Job Summary:
Supervises all day-to-day operations of the accounting team, with primary oversight of all financial and fiscal management of company operations. This is a hands-on position with general accounting, analysis, manufacturing variances, costing, performance metrics, inventory valuation and forecasting, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepares, consolidates and distributes all financial information; maintains all aspects of the general ledger for multiple operating entities and oversees all intercompany reconciliations.
- Actively manages and oversees the preparation and issuing of financial statements, tax returns and supporting schedules as required. Interfaces with CPA firm on all corporate and owner/operator personal income tax returns and issues.
- Optimizes the handling of bank and deposit relationships; initiates appropriate strategies to enhance cash position and develop reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism which includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
- Directs a full range of people-management responsibilities for the Accounting team, including performance reviews, employee development, compensation recommendations, coaching and development, hiring recommendations, disciplinary actions etc.
- All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- A minimum of 10 years’ accounting experience is required. Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Proficient in understanding and interpretation of written and verbal instructions, directions, and technical information.
- Advanced computer competency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and business specific software (e.g., ERP (enterprise resource), HRIS, etc.). Experience with IQMS and Paylocity is preferred.
