What’s in for you?
- Base Salary Commissions Bonuses. 200K-500K for Top Performers. Previous Energy or Solar Sales required.
- Monthly car allowance = $750.00
- Monthly phone allowance = $50.00
- 1 weeks paid vacation and 3 paid sick days and a fully paid Christmas/New Years break

- Strong hunters and have seen their careers flourish and many even double/ triple their income.
- Persuasive, engaging, and develop amazing rapport with our qualifying customers.
- Able to conduct energy, water audits, assessments, and perform sales presentations using approved sales materials and procedures.
Time management skills, goal setting, and are driven to meet agreed upon sales objectives, achieve minimum targets.
Our team member communicates daily with different departments, and executive director. All our team members adhere to corporate Sales Policies as defined in this agreement and as determined and updated by Sales Management

Ongoing key performance indicators:
- 80 enrolled Small Volume RCEs per month. Working in their assigned territory
- Pass annual certification tests training tests criminal record check
- Attend company conferences and meetings.
- Respect work hours. Regular minimum hours = 8:45 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (Available hours of operation 8:00 am to 8:00 pm).
- Have a vehicle in good working condition, valid drivers’ license and be insurable.
