The Ontario Airport Hotel and Conference Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager. Under new ownership, we are embarking on a dynamic renovation and rebranding journey to a Hyatt Regency, and we need a passionate, results-oriented leader to guide our food and beverage operations during this exciting phase of growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquets.
  • Ensure all outlets operate in accordance with Hyatt Regency brand standards and established service procedures.
  • Assist in driving revenue and profitability through effective cost control, labor management, and operational efficiency.
  • Help implement marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance guest experience and increase outlet visibility.
  • Monitor financial performance by supporting budgeting, forecasting, and expense management efforts.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring service excellence and resolving guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and other departments to support overall hotel operations and business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all Food & Beverage operations.
  • Assist in scheduling, inventory control, and procurement to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related field preferred.
  • 3 years of progressive hotel F&B leadership experience (supervisory level or higher).
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume food and beverage operations.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Solid financial acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Holds or able to obtain required certifications (e.g., San Bernardino Food Handler, ServSafe Manager, TIPS).
  • Availability: The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands
