Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)
Hours: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (with occasional nights and weekends)
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annually

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to the President & CEO, managing key business priorities, optimizing executive operations, and serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders. This individual will oversee the day-to-day administration of business functions, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the seamless execution of executive directives. This is a high-impact, leadership support role that requires exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory & Execution: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, anticipating needs, providing recommendations, and ensuring follow-through on strategic priorities.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee the CEOs daily workflow, including managing projects, tracking key deliverables, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Calendar & Priority Management: Strategically coordinate the CEOs schedule, optimizing time for high-value activities, key meetings, and engagements.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, board members, clients, and key business partners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Project & Initiative Leadership: Spearhead and manage special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and align with the companys strategic objectives.

Meeting Leadership: Prepare executive briefings, agendas, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings; track action items and ensure accountability.

Communication Oversight: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.

Board & Executive Support: Assist in organizing and preparing materials for board meetings, leadership summits, and strategic planning sessions.

Business Operations Oversight: Work closely with department heads to monitor company operations, identifying inefficiencies and making process improvement recommendations.

Crisis & Risk Management: Identify risks, propose solutions, and act as a problem solver for the CEO on urgent matters.

Personal & Professional Support: Handle confidential matters with discretion, including select personal affairs to support the CEOs overall effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
Experience: Minimum of 5 years supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, with experience in business operations, project management, or strategic advisory functions.

Leadership, customer service, or operations experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

Experience as a notary public or willingness to obtain certification.

Background in real estate assistance or familiarity with industry processes.

Experience in process improvement, change management, or business strategy.
Additional Requirements:

Must pass an advanced skills assessment, including tests on computer proficiency, logic/reasoning, proofreading, filing, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
