About the Role: Store Manager in Training/Buyer

As a Store Manager in Training/Buyer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our store’s operations, assisting with buying and merchandising, and delivering exceptional service to our community.
What You’ll Do
Create an Elevated In-Store Experience
- Deliver a personalized, high-touch customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring store environment.
- Build strong relationships with dancers, parents, and studio owners.
- Support fittings with care, confidence, and expert product knowledge.
Grow Into Buying & Merchandising
- Assist with product selection and seasonal planning.
- Track inventory and support restocking processes.
- Learn to analyze sales trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with leading dancewear brands and vendors.
Support Daily Operations
- Help manage inventory flow and store organization.
- Assist with team support, communication, and training.
- Keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Step into leadership responsibilities as you grow.
Who You Are
- Background in dance required (ballet/pointe experience strongly preferred).
- Passionate about the dance community and helping others.
