Join OnSpot Dermatology as a Clinical Lead (LPN) where you’ll combine hands-on patient care with leadership, operations, and team development. This is not a typical LPN role—you’ll serve as the on-site leader of a mobile dermatology clinic, ensuring smooth operations, supporting your team, and helping deliver life-saving skin cancer detection across your region.

Your Role: Clinical Leader Operator
You will serve as the point person for your clinic, responsible for both patient care and day-to-day operations.
This role requires regular travel throughout the Venice to Tampa region.
What You’ll Do
Clinical Responsibilities-
Assist providers during exams, procedures, excisions, and Mohs surgeries
Prepare patients and support documentation (scribe as needed)
Ensure high-quality, efficient patient flow throughout the day
Leadership & Team Management
Act as the on-site leader for your clinic team
Support, train, and coach Medical Assistants
Help manage call-outs and ensure proper clinic coverage
Set the tone for a positive, high-performing team environment
Clinic Operations
Oversee inventory, supplies, and restocking
Ensure the clinic is organized, clean, and fully prepared each day
Maintain operational efficiency and troubleshoot issues in real time
Coordinate with leadership to ensure clinic readiness and performance

Qualifications
Active LPN license required
Previous experience in medical assisting, dermatology, or surgical settings preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Comfortable traveling regularly between Venice and Tampa
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with EMR systems (EMA a plus, but we’ll train)
Schedule
Full-time
Travel required (mobile clinic routes throughout the region)
