What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN ICU (68574) position at ONSLOW MEMORIAL HOSPITAL?
Provides direct care to patients across all age spans and health conditions. Responsible for assessment, medication administration, carrying out provider orders, evaluating their effect, documenting care provided and communicating with the care team. Provides care in adherence to all hospital policies and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:Education/Certification:
- Graduation from accredited school of nursing.
- Current North Carolina RN License.
- BLS upon hire.
- NCI, and NIH certifications within 90 days.
- ACLS and PALS within 6 months.
Experience:
- One year of clinical experience in area of clinical specialty preferred. New graduates require Internship Program.
