What are the responsibilities and job description for the MR Technician (75439) position at ONSLOW MEMORIAL HOSPITAL?
The Medical Record Technician will be responsible for providing cooperative and courteous service to all customers both internal and external. This position requires considerable knowledge of the medical record and processes. This position is required to follow all Federal, State, Joint Commission, and Hospital guidelines for release of information, preparation of charts, completion of birth certificates, and review of deficiencies.
