What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Supervisor, RN (69120) position at ONSLOW MEMORIAL HOSPITAL?
The Mental Health Supervisor-RN is responsible for the day-to-day operations for the mental health population within the organization. They are responsible for supervising the staff caring for this population. The supervisor will maintain all policies and procedures relating to the care of mental health patients and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:Education/Certification:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nursing
Non-violent crisis intervention training within 30 days, NCI Instructor status within 1 year of hire
Notary Public within 6 months
Experience:
Experience in the care of children, teens and adults with behavioral or mental health conditions. Experience supervising and managing a team of healthcare members. Experience in working collaboratively with internal and external partners.
