Experienced Tree Climber/Elevated Cutter - CDL Required

This is a high-skill, safety-critical role for an experienced candidate only. We are not looking for general laborers.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years professional experience in complex rigging (including the use of a portawrap) and cutting material on the ground (including the use and maintenance of professional saws)
• Additionally, or alternatively, 2 years professional experience in elevated cutting & rigging (Including the use of thimble/pulley rigging points, speedlines, friction brakes, etc as well as exceptional lift operation/climbing ability)
• Valid driver’s license is non-negotiable; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred or must be willing to acquire within 90 Days (company paid)
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience operating loader(s) (skid steer, mini skid steer, articulated loader, etc.)
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred or must be willing to acquire certification within a year of hire date (company paid)
• Ability to think/plan ahead and take action to keep the job site flowing smoothly
• Strong ability to openly communicate with other team members in order to keep everyone safe, aware, and efficient
• Must be proficient at hitching, loading, driving, and backing trucks and equipment trailers
