Location: Lubbock, TX Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Summary:
Automotive Marketing Solutions (AMS) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our team in Lubbock. This position will support our Accounts Receivable processes by managing billing tasks, assisting customers and field teams, and ensuring accurate payment processing.
Compensation: $18-$21/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) activities
- Communicate with customers and field teams regarding invoicing questions and billing issues
- Review and maintain billing records for accuracy
- Process and enter payments received through approved online methods, including ACH, credit card, and online payments
- Assist with resolving account discrepancies and payment-related concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation and support daily accounting operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or a related administrative role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Mac and general computer systems
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
