Requirements

- You are interested in beginning or growing your knowledge within a construction trade, with a willingness to develop hands-on skills and build a strong foundation for your career. You bring an ownership mindset, taking pride in your work and looking for ways to improve processes while remaining humble, coachable, and eager to learn. You are comfortable working independently when given clear direction and can take initiative to complete tasks effectively.
- You value professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to develop your administrative skills. You are also flexible and approachable, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with different team members across the organization.
- Install safety posts and rails to secure job sites from hazards
- Record inventory and close out job orders on electronic devices
- Communicate with dispatch to increase routing efficiencies
- Maintain and use work trucks according to the company standards
- Necessary OSHA training
