Now Hiring! Immediate Property Manager opportunity in Lumberton, NC. Previous Leasing and PM experience is required. 9-6. Possible temp to hire.

Responsibilities:
- Close leases within the community
- Host open houses and other events
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property assets and benefits
- Educate clients on basic lease agreements
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or other related fields
- Familiarity with lease agreements and contracts
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
