WHO WE ARE: On Site Marketing, Inc. A dynamic field sales and marketing agency, established in 1996. We run B2B and B2C field programs nationwide — from the Super Bowl to your local 5K, we've been there and done that. Here in Chicago, you'll find our teams at O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) every week, plus hundreds of onsite festivals, trade shows, and conventions every year — Taste of Chicago, music festivals, food festivals, you name it. If something fun is happening in the city, we're usually there.
WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY IS This is a face-to-face sales position. Think of it like a brand ambassador — but one who actually knows how to stop a stranger, break the ice, and get them to hear us out. You're the reason someone pauses, smiles, and signs up.
To be crystal clear: this is NOT a gig job, NOT a passive "stand-and-smile" brand ambassador role, NOT door-to-door, NOT cold calling, and NOT MLM. It's real sales, in real conversations, with real people walking by.
And the best part? The product sells itself. Everyone uses electricity. You're not pushing something nobody needs — you're offering people a rewards program for something they already pay for every single month.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Sell and enroll customers on behalf of NRG Energy for their electricity and gas supply services
- Engage travelers at our kiosks inside ORD and MDW, offering a miles-reward program for enrolling
- Work some of Chicago's biggest events all year long
- Hit your goals, have fun, and get paid for it

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales experience a plus (especially B2C)
- Comfortable using technology for sales
- Able to work independently and on a team
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and drug screening (marijuana excluded)
