On-Site Fleet Services of Florida is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Coordinator / Service Advisor to join our growing team. We provide mobile heavy-duty truck, trailer, crane, and fleet maintenance services throughout Central Florida, helping commercial fleets stay on the road.
This is a key position within our company. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers while coordinating repairs, scheduling technicians, managing work orders, and ensuring every job is completed efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and our service team
- Receive and prioritize service requests
- Create and manage repair orders
- Dispatch mobile technicians efficiently
- Coordinate parts procurement and job scheduling
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Prepare estimates and invoices
- Maintain accurate service records
- Monitor technician productivity and workflow
- Help ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Preferred Experience
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, or Shop Foreman
- Heavy-duty truck, fleet, diesel, trailer, crane, construction equipment, or vocational equipment experience strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of fleet maintenance operations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple jobs simultaneously
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and service management software)
