What You’ll Do
As an Injury Prevention Consultant, you will partner directly with employees and leadership teams to reduce injury risk and support long-term workforce health.
- Lead engaging training sessions on safe movement, body mechanics, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and managers to identify musculoskeletal risk factors
- Conduct preventative ergonomic and worksite evaluations
- Identify OSHA ergonomic risks and support corrective strategies
- Provide non-medical OSHA First Aid support as needed
- Support continuous improvement of injury prevention and safety programs
- Use data, observations, and best practices to drive long-term program effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) in good standing
- 2 years of professional experience, preferably in sports medicine, military, or collegiate/professional athletics
- Strong understanding of biomechanics, movement analysis, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Comfortable working independently in dynamic, non-traditional environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and influence adult learners
Work Environment
- On-site at a variety of workplace settings, including industrial, manufacturing, office, and distribution facilities
- Occasional local travel to partner locations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds
- Comfort working in environments with standard operational noise and equipment
