Job Requirements:
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
- Ability to lead and direct a dental practice, ensuring top-notch patient service
- Provide support to the dental team, ensuring productivity and organization throughout the day
- Focus on efficient patient scheduling for optimal productivity and care
- Knowledge of dental terminology and ability to present financial arrangements to patients
- Proficiency in understanding insurance codes and processes
- Competence in using dental practice management software (experience with paperless systems preferred)
- Ability to oversee financial operations, maintain budgets, and ensure profitability
