What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant position at Onsite Dental?
Seeking part time Dental Assistant in School Based Oral Health Program in various schools in and around the Rockford area.
Position is part to full time. Typically 30-40 hours per week depending on schedule
Must have reliable transportation. We are looking for a dental assistant who expresses interest in working with children in office and school based settings, has experience placing dental sealants, and has an interest in working in a mobile school based setting as well as our home office Park City Dental. For our school based dental program students that sign up for the dental day receive dental exam, cleaning, fluoride varnish and sealants as needed. Each assistant will need to help set up as needed each day and break down. Also you will be asked to help transport your assigned mobile equipment (all equipment and supplies provided)
If you have experience as a dental assistant but do not have sealant placement certification, we will pay for dental sealant placement certification if you.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.53 - $22.68 per hour
