Lead Automotive Technician – Independent Repair Shop

-Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
On-Site Automotive is looking for an experienced technician to take a lead role in a growing independent repair shop.
We work on a balanced mix of fleet and retail vehicles, providing consistent workflow and a wide variety of repairs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, maintaining high standards, and helping build something long-term as the shop expands.

- Strong diagnostic and repair ability
- Experience with drivability, suspension, brakes, electrical, and general repair
- Able to produce efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license and own tools required
