The position is located in Princeton (NJ, USA).
Responsibilities
- Supporting internal evaluation requests (electrical, thermal, mechanical) with proficient skills in lab environment (oscilloscope, probes, soldering, etc.)
- Independently conduct experiments
- Designing or crafting customized test setup for internal evaluation (electrical, thermal, mechanical)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in EE, plus 2 years in the power semiconductors field or master’s degree plus 0-2 years in the semiconductor industry.
- Individual must be able to multi-task as an individual and in team environments.
- Laboratory experience with power semiconductor products (IGBT, Diode, MOSFET etc.) required.
- Circuit analysis and power electronics course background is mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written (English).
- Power semiconductor characterization experience
- Converter design experience
- Proficient with lab quipment (oscilloscope, voltage / current probes, power supplies, various mechanical tools)
