Core Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives from concept through final delivery, ensuring all outputs meet brand, quality and production standards
- Translate stakeholder input and business needs into clear, effective visual solutions
- Deliver work across print, digital, event environments and multimedia design
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all deliverables, including typography, layout, color and brand application
- Own end-to-end creative solutions: deliver work that drives usability, adoption and business impact
- Design scalable systems: create templates, frameworks and assets that enable global consistency
- Manage projects independently: define scope, timelines and priorities while meeting deadlines
- Partner with cross-functional teams: align with stakeholders and guide decisions through strong design rationale
- Collaborate globally: work across NA, EMEA and APAC to ensure consistent execution
- Enable self-service: develop tools such as Adobe Express templates that empower teams to create on-brand content
- Ensure production excellence: deliver vendor-ready files and maintain high quality standards
- Leverage AI tools: improve speed, iteration and output quality using modern workflows such as Firefly
- Execute high-quality designs: apply strong fundamentals across Adobe Creative Cloud
- Create video and motion content: develop and edit assets using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Support 3D and spatial design: contribute to event and environmental concepts using tools like Cinema 4D or similar
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, New Media or Fine Arts or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant design experience in agency or corporate environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Brand systems and identity work
- Campaign and multi-channel execution
- Event and environmental design
- High-quality production work
- Advanced proficiency with print, digital and motion in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled creative tools such as Adobe Firefly
- Experience building scalable design systems and templates
- Strong understanding of print and digital production processes
- Experience working in project management tools such as Workfront or similar
- Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender and SketchUp
- Experience supporting large-scale events and environments
- Experience working across global teams and time zones
- Familiarity with UX and UI and accessibility best practices
- Operates with a high degree of ownership, accountability and independence
- Outcome-focused with the ability to connect design work to business impact
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Exercises sound judgment in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
- Communicates clearly and effectively across teams and regions
- Able to influence stakeholders and guide decisions with confidence
