We are seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our Finance Rotation Program as Analyst. This program is designed to provide a comprehensive experience across various finance disciplines within onsemi. As a Finance Rotation Program Analyst, you will have the opportunity to spend 6 months within each of the different finance departments, including Corporate Accounting, Investor Relations, Business Unit Finance, and Manufacturing Finance. This rotational structure will enable you to gain a deep understanding of our business and industry while building a strong foundation in finance.

Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments across different finance departments to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of finance.
- Collaborate with the corporate accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Assist in financial analysis and forecasting, including revenue projections, expense analysis, and financial modeling.
- Support investor relations activities, including financial communications, investor presentations, and analyst interactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business unit finance teams to analyze financial performance, develop budgets, and support strategic initiatives.
- Engage with the manufacturing operations finance team to analyze costs, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive operational efficiencies.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special finance projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong academic background with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in finance, supported by coursework, internships, or related experience.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and derive meaningful insights. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and self-driven approach to work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of financial systems and software (e.g., ERP systems, financial planning tools) is a plus.
