Description
We’re supporting a large-scale data center construction project in Tennessee and are looking to bring on a Project Scheduler to support the successful delivery of this build. The project scheduler will participate in office and field related construction activities, working closely with the construction management and engineering teams, General Contractor, and Subcontractors. The person filling this role needs to be self-driven, able to work without a lot of direction, and have a solution-based attitude.

- Create the baseline schedule and maintenance of the working schedule as reported out weekly in the owner/architect/contractor meetings.
- Responsible for preparing all the project progress reports, integrating subcontractor look ahead schedules into the master schedule, revising logic sequence as required
- Assist the project team in maintaining and monitoring the CPM schedule.
- Create all reports as needed including:
- Progress charts
- Histograms
- S-curves
- Work intensity curves
- Labor-production work rate tables
- Time impact analyses
- Equipment delivery schedules
- Resource-cost loaded schedules
- Daily construction activities report schedules
Requirements
- Must be able to work independently, make quick and effective decisions, and follow through on all assignments to meet required schedule
- Must use creativity, independent judgment, and organizational and problem-solving skills to determine the best method to accomplish desired results?
- Must be able to plan and organize work efficiently for maximum outcome?
- Must possess strong organizational and computer use skills and have an elevated level of competency to read/write/speak English, interpret construction-related documentation, and communicate with coworkers? Knowledge of Oracle P6 scheduling software
- Communication skills - ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Able to work in teams and matrix organization
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Demonstrate self-motivation, maturity, and interpersonal skills
- Understands the construction industry
- Experience with project management and design software such a Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Microsoft Project, Primavera Project Planner (P6), AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks preferred
