Primary Responsibilities
- Debit and Credit Card Maintenance- Limits, Travel notices, Payment Reversals, Credit Balance Refunds, Fee Reversals, Card Delivery, Balance Transfers, and Auto Pay
- Instant Issue Cards- Inventory management and monthly ordering for branches
- Deposit correction and manual transaction posting.
- ACH Credit Card payment reversals
- ATM check bags retention and Research for dispute resolution
- Cash Advance Receipt retention
- Department mail- Receive, distribute, and process.
- Manage daily letter output for credit card member communications
- Other duties as assigned
- Contribute to a sense of teamwork and purpose within the department
- Provide professional, high-quality service to our members and all fellow employees
- Provide input and recommendations for operational efficiencies and compliance
- Comply with all security and confidentiality procedures
- Follow all internal control procedures, assist in updating applicable procedures when necessary
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external members
- Strong time-management and organization skills
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, and flexible
- Willingness to contribute in areas where codified procedures may not exist
- Ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly and effectively
- Skilled in data processing and high-focus for accuracy
- Desire to be a team player, share responsibility and promote a team environment
- Ability to train others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work independently and communicate with individuals of diverse backgrounds
- High school graduate or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience working in a financial institution preferred
- Constant 10-key typing
- Frequent sitting and / or standing
- Occasional lifting / pushing / pulling of objects up to 50lbs.
