Day Janitorial Cleaner

Day Porter/Janitorial Cleaner | Virginia Beach
Shifts available:
- Monday- Friday 7:00am- 3:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collection and disposal of trash (small and large cans).
- Take trash out to the dumpster.
- Cleaning glass entrance ways.
- Sweeping and entry ways.
- Cleaning and sanitizing sinks, toilets and urinals.
- Restroom cleaning, restocking, and replenishing.
- Cleaning and filling dispensers, towels, toilet paper, and sanitizers.
- Cleaning mirrors.
- Cleaning partitions and enclosures.
- Sweeping, damp mopping and sanitizing floors.
- Cleaning light covers.
- Sweeping, damp mopping, and sanitizing breakrooms.
- Wiping and disinfecting surfaces in break room areas.
- Wiping walls and ceilings.
- Dusting ceiling vents.
- Cleaning, wiping, and clearing cobwebs, racks, wall marks, ceiling grid, skylights, under and around racks.
- Following safety guidelines, quality standards, and ensuring customer service expectations are met.
Qualifications/Education/Work Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation to job location.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
