Chief of Staff / Everything Person — ONNO

ONNO is a growing eight-figure direct-to-consumer apparel brand based in Boulder, Colorado. We're launching new products and growing toward nine figures. Check us out at ONNO.com.

I don't know exactly what to call this role. I've called it an "everything person" in the past. You could call it chief of staff combined with operations, influencer outreach, and data analyst. We'll figure out the title together.

What you'd actually do

• Work next to me (Jack, the CEO) every day, helping directly with my work or taking on my projects.
• Influencer outreach, designing AI systems, building spreadsheets, ru
• Help launch our new electrolyte brand.nning analytics, helping figure out which products to launch.
• Design email and SMS systems for retention.
• Whatever else needs doing.

Who you are

• You want to go all in on a growing DTC company and help grow it.
• You have a CEO mentality. You generate your own ideas, figure out how to implement them, and drive them forward.
• You get things done. Fast. We don't need more ideas. We need someone who does the work.
• You work at least 40 hours a week, often more, because you're wired that way. Not because I'm pressuring you.
• You're opinionated and entrepreneurial with strong ideas.
• You have a math, science, engineering, or computer science background. If you don't, you're extremely analytical.
• You're comfortable wearing many hats. Influencer outreach one day, spreadsheets the next, launching a brand the week after.
• You're willing to do any work.
• I'm making ONNO an AI-first company. You understand what that means and have the technical ability to make it happen, or to figure out how to make it happen.

Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience. If you do well, you'll earn significantly more than that over time.

Employment type: Full-time, salaried, exempt.

Benefits: Health insurance available after a 90-day waiting period (employer contribution toward employee-only coverage; dependents available at employee's cost). 10 days paid vacation annually. Paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. Access to Colorado FAMLI (state-administered Paid Family & Medical Leave). No dental, vision, or retirement benefits offered at this time.

Location: North Boulder office. This is not a remote position.
