The shift will be second shift with weekends required.

- Communicates with supervisor regarding the status of work and any potential issues
- Schedules, monitors and performs work orders as needed
- Ensures landscaping supplies are in stock and orders supplies, as directed
- Assists office staff as needed with posting notices on resident doors
- Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired
- Ensures excellent customer service to prospective residents and tenants, and promotes a quality living experience for all residents
- General building preventive maintenance tasks
- Provides excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, and promotes a quality living experience for all residents
- Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alerts Maintenance to items that need to be repaired
- Communicates with supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property.
- Common area clean up to include power washing buildings, cleaning pool area, laundry rooms, public restrooms and trash bins
- Participates in Company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention
- Complies with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience using hand or power tools or equipment preferred
$21 - $23 per hour
