Your Role
As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will manage a dynamic caseload, engage in depositions and mediations, and participate in trial proceedings. You will work directly with clients, develop case strategies, and represent their best interests in various stages of litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle 30-40 personal injury cases, serving as the lead attorney throughout litigation, from filing to trial.
- Develop case strategies and theories tailored to client needs.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions, including those involving plaintiffs, defendants, and expert witnesses.
- Conduct settlement negotiations and represent clients in mediations.
- Act as second chair during trials, collaborating with the trial team.
- Maintain consistent client communication to provide case updates.
- Supervise and guide paralegals and support staff.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- License: Active membership with the California State Bar in good standing.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve high-value cases independently.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and commitment to professional integrity.
- Note: Trial experience is not mandatory but highly preferred.

Schedule
Standard 8-hour shifts, with weekend work as needed.
